OUR PRAYER FOR PEACE

God, our Creator, we offer this humble
prayer on this day. We come to
worship with a song of thanks in our hearts
a song of redemption, a song of hope and
renewal. We pray for joy in our hearts,
hope in our God, love to forgive, and
peace upon the earth.

THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be
done on earth, As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, As we
forgive them that trespass against
us. And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil. For thine
is the kingdom, The power, and the
glory, For ever and ever. Amen.

THE TRUE MEANING OF THE
23RD PSALM

The Lord is my Shepherd -----
that's a Relationship!

I shall not want ----- that's Supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures ----
that's Rest!

He leadeth me beside the still waters -----
that's Refreshment!

He restoreth my soul -----
that's Healing!

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness --
that's Guidance!

For His name sake -----
that's Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the
shadow of death--
that's Testing!

I will fear no evil -----
that's Protection!

For Thou art with me -----
that's Faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff comfort me -----
that's Discipline!

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence
of mine enemies------that's Hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil -----
that's Consecration!

My cup runneth over ----- that's Abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the
days of my life----that's Blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord -----
that's Security!

Forever -----
that's Eternity!

Face it, God loves you!
What is most valuable is not what
we have in our lives,
but WHO we have in our lives!

A WORD FROM OUR PASTOR

Habakkuk 2:1-4  King James Version

2 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

2 And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
